In order to secure your booking we ask that you transfer to us a deposit of 30% of the total cost of accommodation 3 days from date of booking directly with us.

We recognise that events occur that might lead you to need to cancel our booking with us. We will always try our best to work with you in these circumstances.  In our experience to date, we would recommend that all guests buy holiday insurance that covers the need for cancellation of your booking. This is used more often that you would think by our guests and avoids stress for all.

We set out below our cancellation policy:

• Cancellation greater than 28 days before expected arrival date – no cost.

• Cancellation between 15 days and 28 days before expected arrival date – We will attempt to re-sell your booking. Any days we are unable to sell will be charged at 50% of cost of booking, excluding cost of breakfast and cleaning costs.

• Cancellation within 14 days of arrival – we will attempt to re-sell your booking but any days we are unable to sell will be charged at 100% of cost of booking, excluding cost of breakfast and cleaning costs.

The greater the period of notice you provide us with of your intention to cancel your stay with us, the better chance of minimizing the cost to you.
